Welcome to

Beth Israel!

Beth Israel Congregation of Chester County provides for the spiritual, religious, and educational needs of its congregational family and the local Jewish community.

Masking Policy

Beth Israel's approved policy is that masks are required for all persons while inside the synagogue. Masks must cover the nose and mouth at all times. Only "CDC approved" masks should be worn (i.e. gaiters and mesh masks are not appropriate).

Franklin Elementary Gift Drive

Help us grant some children’s wishes and “adopt” a child from Franklin Elementary’s kindergarten and pre-kindergarten classes in Pottstown!

There are about 80 children hoping their holiday wishes come true. Choose a present from each child’s provided wish list. Have the unwrapped gift shipped directly to Beth Israel or drop it off at the synagogue by December 13th. If you prefer, you can donate money to purchase a gift, wrapping supplies, or books to open their minds.

Click here to see the Sign Up Genius for more information and to sign up today!

Sydney Simon is doing this as her mitzvah project with Beth Israel Congregation. If you have any questions or would like more information, contact us at CiciBatMitzvah2022@gmail.com.
